1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using adamo's mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Service Description
adamo provides wireless communication services, including but not limited to voice, text, and data services, through our MVNO platform and VoIP services. Our Services utilize the networks of our partner carriers and require compatible devices.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Service Plans and Billing
- Service plans are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
- We reserve the right to modify service plans and pricing with 30 days' notice.
- Unused data, minutes, or messages do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless specifically stated in your plan.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
- Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
- Harassment or threats
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Excessive or unusual usage that may impair network performance
6. SMS/MMS Services
By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages, you agree to the following terms:
- Message frequency varies based on account activity and preferences
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details
- You can opt-out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message
- For help, reply HELP to any message or contact customer support
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- We respect your privacy. Your information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers
7. Emergency Services
Our VoIP services may have limitations regarding access to emergency services. You understand and agree that:
- VoIP services may not support traditional 911 or E911 access
- You must maintain an alternative means of contacting emergency services
- Service outages or power failures may affect your ability to reach emergency services
7. Service Limitations
- Service availability and quality may vary by location and are subject to network coverage limitations.
- We are not responsible for data loss or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
- We may interrupt or terminate service for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, adamo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our Services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
- Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our website or via email. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which adamo is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
